You know you need PR.
You just don't know
where to start.

🏎️
Your sponsors want ROI and you don't know how to show them
You've got a great team. You're doing impressive things. But when your sponsor asks what they're getting for their money, you're stuck.
🗺️
Other tourism businesses are everywhere. You're invisible.
You see competitors in travel magazines, on tourism websites, nominated for awards. You can't figure out how they're doing it, or why it isn't you.
🍽️
Your venue is brilliant. The press doesn't know you exist.
You've spent thousands on the fit-out, the menu, the website. But no food journalist has ever walked through your door. You don't know who to call, or what to say.
🎪
Ticket sales are low and the event is six weeks away
You've built something brilliant. But nobody knows it's on. You're staring at a ticketing page that isn't moving and you're running out of time.
📱
Your boss says "do some PR" and you don't know where to start
You know marketing. You don't know media. And you're not about to admit that to your boss or your LinkedIn connections. You need a safe place to learn.
💰
A PR agency quoted you $3,000 to $8,000 a month
And that's before results. Before you even know if it's going to work. There has to be another way.

How visible are you to the media, really?

Take the Media Visibility Score quiz and find out where you stand. 15 quick questions, a score out of 100, and a personalised breakdown of exactly where your gaps are.

Pronto PR Academy is built for Australian and New Zealand business owners and marketers who need PR results but don't have the budget, or the desire, to hand it all over to an agency.

🏎️
Motorsport Teams
Owner-drivers who need to deliver ROI to sponsors and get media coverage that matches what they're achieving on track.
🗺️
Tourism Operators
Passionate operators who want to be on the radar of media, tourism bodies and AI-powered travel recommendations.
🍽️
Hospitality Venues
Restaurants, breweries, wineries and cafes that deserve the reviews, awards and coverage they're not getting.
🎪
Event Organisers
Community events, charity fundraisers, festivals and mass participation events that need to sell tickets without blowing the budget.
📣
Marketers & Junior PRs
In-house marketers who need a senior voice in their corner: a safe, judgement-free space to ask questions and build confidence.

Everything you need.
Show up when you need to.

No curriculum. No homework. No modules to complete before you're allowed to ask a question. Just resources, tools and direct access to Dianne, when you need it.

01
Weekly Live Sessions with Dianne
One hour on Zoom, once a week. Bring your questions, your pitches, your stuck points. Get real answers from someone who has actually done the work, in your industry, at the level you're aiming for. Can't make it live? Recordings are available in the community.
02
AI-Powered Media Tools
Built-in tools that interview you about your business and generate first drafts of media releases, backgrounders and media kit copy. Speak your answers and the AI does the drafting. You refine it in your voice. Fast, practical, and designed for people who hate staring at a blank page.
03
Resource Library
How to write a media release. How to build a media list. How to pitch an editor. How to enter awards. How to get listed on ATDW. How to respond to a bad review. Crisis comms plans. All the nuts and bolts, available whenever you need them.
04
Crisis Comms Framework
A one-page crisis communications plan for your business, because the time to prepare is before something happens. Covers who speaks, what they say, what they don't say, and who gets called first.
05
AI Visibility
Media coverage now feeds AI search results. Getting featured in the right publications means showing up when someone asks ChatGPT or Google for a recommendation. This is PR's newest and most powerful argument.
06
A Community That Gets It
Connect with other business owners doing the same work: motorsport teams, tourism operators, venue owners, event organisers. Ask questions. Share wins. No judgement. No gatekeeping. Just people who know what it's like to be doing this without a big budget behind them.
Dianne Bortoletto
Founder, Pronto PR Academy

Nearly 30 years of PR.
All of it in your corner.

I'm Dianne Bortoletto, founder of Pronto PR and the person behind Pronto PR Academy. I started my PR career in London at Cohn & Wolfe, a top-20 global agency, working on the Formula 1 Orange Arrows account. I went on to manage all PR and media for Rally Australia, a round of the World Rally Championship, running an international media centre for more than 90 journalists.

I spent more than eight years at Tourism Western Australia, including as media advisor to the Minister's office and the Premier of WA. Since founding Pronto PR in 2010, I've generated media coverage that has directly driven bookings, boosted sales and built brands, from community newspapers to global outlets including CNN, BBC and Reuters.

I built Pronto PR Academy because I kept seeing great businesses, passionate operators and talented people who just needed someone to show them how it works, and be honest with them about what to do. That's exactly what I'm here for.

Straight answers.

How much time does it actually take?
The live sessions are one hour, once a week. You choose whether to join. If you can't make it live, the recording is there when you have time. The resources are there when you need them. There's no curriculum, no homework, no modules you have to complete. You get out what you put in, and even dipping in once a month will move you forward.
Do I need any PR experience?
None at all. Pronto PR Academy is designed for people who have never done PR before and want to learn how to do it themselves, as well as for those who have tried PR and want to do it better. If you feel like PR is a mystery, that's exactly who this is for.
I'm a motorsport team. Is this really for me?
Yes. There's a dedicated live session track for motorsport: how to deliver ROI to sponsors, how to generate media coverage in an industry that media often ignores, how to build a media kit that gets noticed. Dianne has worked in motorsport PR since her first job in London. She knows the landscape.
What's the difference between this and just hiring a PR person?
When you hire a PR person or agency, they do the work for you, and charge accordingly. Pronto PR Academy teaches you or your team to do the work yourselves, with expert guidance. You build the skills and the capability inside your business permanently. And it costs a fraction of an agency retainer.
Can my business pay for a staff member's membership?
Yes, corporate membership is available. If you have a marketing coordinator or junior PR person who would benefit from having a senior voice in their corner, this is exactly what Pronto PR Academy is designed for. Contact Dianne directly to discuss.
What if I join and it's not for me?
Cancel any time. No lock-in, no minimum commitment. If you join and decide it's not what you needed, you're not stuck. But based on everything inside, the live sessions, the AI tools, the resources and the community, we'd be surprised if you left empty-handed.
